Docebo in Paris is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to own the local office experience, transforming daily workdays with hospitality-driven operations. You will build a thriving Parisian community, lead memorable events, and ensure facilities run smoothly to support a dynamic tech environment.

You will curate the engagement calendar, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with global teams to reflect our culture in Paris.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or employee experience.
• Hands-on expertise in budgeting, events, and community building.
• Strong vendor management, space planning and facilities logistics.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Experience: elevate daily office operations and create a warm, hospitality-driven environment.
• Curate the local engagement calendar from concept to execution with events and wellness initiatives.
• Manage facilities, vendor relationships, repairs, supplies, cleaning, security, and floor plan management.
• Build alliances with local employees, leadership, landlords, and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee workplace budget, PO processes, and space planning while supporting tech rollouts and branding installations.
• Listen to employee feedback to adapt global programs to Paris.
