DataDome, a leader in bot management, seeks an Office & Workplace Manager to oversee Workplace Experience, Office Operations, and cross-functional collaboration across its Paris offices. The role focuses on fostering an inclusive, efficient, and engaging work environment, with responsibilities ranging from onboarding support to events and vendor management.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of office management experience, strong project management and communication skills, fluency in French

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Office manager or equivalent position.
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and interact with different stakeholders.
• Creative mind with ability to suggest and implement improvements.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Workplace Experience initiatives and events to foster wellbeing and engagement.
• Manage Office Operations: facility, budgets, contracts, and health & safety compliance.
• Support People team onboarding and cross-department events; greet visitors onsite.
• Coordinate supplier contracts and purchase requests; manage mail/shipments.
