Job summary

PayPal is seeking an Account Executive, SMB Outbound in Paris to acquire and onboard new SMB merchants from partner platforms. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, qualifying opportunities, presenting onboarding value, handling objections, and ensuring a seamless handover to the Account Representative team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with strong communication and pipeline hygiene.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a comparable customer-facing environment is a plus.
• Ability to qualify leads quickly and communicate value clearly.

Responsibilities

• Qualify partner-sourced and AI-qualified leads and prioritize outreach.
• Present onboarding and value propositions to merchants on partner platforms.
• Handle objections, close opportunities, and ensure smooth handover to the Account Representative team.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and next-step records.
