Job summary

Guideflow is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Paris on-site team. You will be the first contact with potential customers, identifying target accounts and decision-makers, and setting up demos for the senior sales team.

Success in this role requires fluent English and French, strong communication, CRM discipline, and a proactive, learning-driven mindset in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Organized with attention to detail; experience with CRM or productivity tools is a plus.
• Graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers.
• Prospect through email, calls and LinkedIn to open new opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Book meetings and demos for our senior sales team.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Work with Marketing and Product to refine messaging and share prospect feedback.
• Help improve outreach playbooks and sales processes.
