Guideflow, a SaaS company enabling interactive demos and step-by-step guides, seeks a Founding Marketing Manager to join our Paris office on-site. You will own the marketing scope from strategy to execution and work directly with the founders.

You will lead paid acquisition, influencer partnerships, website optimization and analytics, while aligning with sales to drive revenue. Fluent English and French are required in our fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing in SaaS.
• Hands-on expertise in paid acquisition (Google Ads / SEA, LinkedIn Ads) with proven results and budget ownership.
• Experience running influencer or creator partnerships is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of website management, landing pages, CRO and SEO fundamentals.
• Data-driven: comfortable with Google Analytics, attribution and marketing automation / CRM tools.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute: you’re happy to build the plan and run the campaigns yourself.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Autonomous, curious and results-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
• Able to work on-site in our Paris office.

Responsabilités

• Own the full marketing scope from strategy to execution.
• Build, run and optimize paid campaigns and manage budgets.
• Define influencer/creator strategy and manage partners.
• Own website, landing pages, CRO and SEO for growth.
• Set up tracking, monitor KPIs and report to founders.
• Align with sales to improve lead quality and drive revenue.
• Experiment with new channels and formats to find scalable wins.
• Lead and collaborate with freelancers and agencies to shape the future team.
