Assessio in Paris is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound opportunities in the French market. You will build and qualify a pipeline, engaging decision-makers and collaborating with Account Executives to convert conversations into opportunities.

You’ll join a collaborative, international SaaS environment, bring a structured prospecting approach, fluent French and strong professional English, and a passion for outbound sales as part of a growing HR tech leader.

Qualifications

• Foundation in outbound sales with B2B focus.
• Experience building and qualifying opportunities in a SaaS environment.
• Structured prospecting, follow-up and pipeline discipline.
• Ability to engage diverse business stakeholders in value-based conversations.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsabilités

• Build and continuously develop your outbound pipeline for the French market.
• Identify target accounts and stakeholders through research and planning.
• Prospect via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Engage decision-makers in value-based conversations around their challenges.
• Qualify opportunities and work with Account Executives to close deals.
• Collaborate with the local team and wider SDR org to improve messaging and processes.
• Keep the CRM updated with structured, reliable pipeline data.
