Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Paris is seeking an experienced Lead Accountant to own the French entity’s financial operations, serving as the primary local finance lead in Paris. Reporting directly into the US-based VP, Global Controller, this role anchors the financial control framework across local statutory tasks and global reporting.

You will oversee month-end close, VAT, CIR, and annual statutory audit, while aligning with global teams in the US and Portugal.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant accounting and tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of French statutory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end French accounting: month-end close and GL.
• Lead annual French statutory audit and CIR preparation.
• Manage VAT/tax filings and US GAAP ASC 606 revenue recognition.
