United States Digital Space LLC in Paris is seeking a Finance Operations & Strategy Lead to build and run the financial operating system for a fast-growing European-scale company. This hands-on role combines day-to-day finance operations with strategic decision support, directly with founders and leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting operations, strategy, or a combination.
Experience in a fast-growing startup, technology company, or similarly demanding context.
Strong understanding of cash flow, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controls.
Excellent financial modelling skills and ability to turn data into insight.
Basic coding knowledge and ability to explain finance to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Build financial visibility and dashboards; own cash, runway, revenue, costs, working capital and unit economics.
Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts; lead budget-versus-actual reviews.
Build reporting for leadership, investors, and board; turn data into recommendations.
Develop models for pricing, hiring, market expansion, partnerships and investments.
Own accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payroll coordination and cash management.
Run monthly close and ensure timely, reliable reporting; implement controls and workflows.
