Albright Stonebridge Group is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant in Paris, who will be a key member of the European Finance Team. This position could be part-time or potentially full-time for the right candidate. The successful applicant will oversee accounting processes, manage daily finance operations, and prepare journal entries while ensuring compliance with French GAAP.

Ideal candidates will have a strong financial background, proficient in Excel, and bilingual in French and English, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a group structure.
• Experience with French GAAP and preferably IFRS/US GAAP.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage accounting figures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes for month-end and year-end close.
• Manage daily finance operations including invoicing and supplier payments.
• Prepare and book monthly journal entries in collaboration with external accountants.
• Own the order-to-cash process including invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of finance systems and processes.

Solid understanding of French accounting rules

Strong numerical skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Detail-oriented

Bilingual in French and English

Formation

Qualified accountant or qualified by experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
