Dashlane is seeking an experienced Lead Accountant in Paris to own the French entity's financial operations, reporting to the US-based VP, Global Controller. You will manage GL, month-end close, payroll oversight, VAT/tax filings, CIR, and the French statutory audit while coordinating with US and Portugal teams.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted accounting tools, and staff mentorship in a hybrid Paris environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant accounting and tax experience.
• Strong French statutory accounting knowledge.
• GAAP ASC 606 knowledge for subscription or multi-channel B2B models.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Pennylane and NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Autonomous, detail oriented and well organized.
• Ability to balance technical precision with operational speed.
• Experience coordinating CIR preparations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end French accounting ownership for the entity.
• Lead statutory audit, tax filings, and CIR preparation with Eng.
• Collaborate with Global Controller on US GAAP audit and controls.
• Manage US GAAP ASC 606 revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Oversee payroll JEs, accruals, vendor bills, and reconciliations.
• Optimize Pennylane ERP and drive automation of workflows.
• Mentor local staff and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Ensure compliance with local and global accounting policies.
