Responsabilités

• Own and manage day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and reliability.
• Perform and maintain bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support closings (monthly, quarterly, annual) with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain clean accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Help make invoicing faster, smoother, and increasingly automated.
• Prepare audit files and coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure accounting processes and documents are compliant and audit-ready.
• Support finance controls and improve data reliability.
• Help structure and standardize procedures as Greenly scales internationally.
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve finance workflows.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and reduce repetitive manual tasks.
• Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to improve finance operations, reporting, and controls.
• Partner with teams across the company as a trusted finance contact.
