Riot Security Inc. in Paris is seeking a GTM Engineer / Growth Outbound Manager to own our outbound growth engine. You will design data pipelines, tooling, and playbooks that turn market signals into predictable, high-quality pipeline.

The role requires 2+ years running outbound experiments in B2B SaaS, proficiency with HubSpot and outbound tools (Clay/Lemlist), and ability to connect GTM tooling via APIs. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to scale geographies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running outbound or growth experiments in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sequencing platforms.
• Experience stitching GTM tools via APIs or webhooks.
• English professional proficiency; native French.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage sourcing flows to feed CRM with Accounts and Contacts.
• Set up enrichment automations and maintain data accuracy.
• Design outbound scoring, segmentation, and lead routing.
• Manage outbound activation with Lemlist and multi-channel outreach.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to optimize targeting and campaigns.
• Train Sales on best practices and document processes.
• Support geographies launches by identifying target segments.
