FedEx is seeking an Operations Support Agent for the Shift Outbound team in France. You will help ensure urgent packages arrive at the right place on time and respond to customer shipment inquiries, while entering data into the in-house tracking system and collaborating with the team to maintain smooth operations.

You will follow FedEx processes and regulatory requirements, and participate in training and ongoing development opportunities as part of a global logistics leader.

Responsibilities

• Ensure urgent packages reach the correct destination on time.
• Answer calls regarding shipment collection requests and delivery inquiries.

• Enter data into the in-house tracking system.
• Communicate clearly with the team, your manager, and other operations stations.
• Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
