FedEx Logistics in France seeks an Operations Support Agent for shift outbound. You will ensure urgent packages reach the right place on time, answer calls regarding shipment collection, and investigate failed deliveries.

You will enter data in our in-house tracking system, collaborate with the team and management, and adhere to FedEx processes and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role with training and career growth opportunities.
