Responsibilities

• Ensuring that customers' urgent packages get to the right place, on time.
• Answering incoming calls from customers regarding shipment collection and delivery inquiries.
• Checking and investigating failed shipments deliveries or collections; prioritising and reallocating for next day delivery.
• Entering data into the in-house tracking system.
• Collaborating with the team, manager, and other operations stations to ensure smooth processes.
• Adhering to FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
