Amcor is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver and support standard IT solutions across one or more Amcor sites, ensuring reliable services for up to 300 devices. You will handle user support, asset management, procurement, and security in a global framework, with a focus on best practices locally.

Qualifications

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience/studies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science is advantageous.
• Any Windows/Cisco certifications are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Project experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge configuring, managing and troubleshooting Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of server virtualization.

Responsabilités

• Installing / repairing hardware.
• Application/software troubleshooting.
• Printer and multi-function device management.
• Data backup and restore.
• Infrastructure testing.
• Setup and configuration of LAN switches and access points (wired/wireless).
• Management of network documentation and monitoring tools.
• Maintaining and administering server-related activities (patching, updates).
• End user support for major events.
