You will contribute to ongoing improvements, collaborate across sites, and ensure security policies are followed while coordinating with local teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT services for sites up to 300 devices.
• Experience in IT service delivery processes and customer relations.
• Ability to support server and virtualization environments and manage IT assets.

• Deliver IT services for a site or multiple sites (up to 300 devices).
• Manage IT service delivery processes, maintain user support, and oversee IT asset management.
• Provide L1/L2 support for standard workstation deployment and support.
• Provide L3 support for server and virtualization environments.
• Communicate changes and educate users, implement IT best practices.
• Ensure activities align with global IT standards and security policies.
