Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to join the MRS1 site and a regional network across Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. You’ll provide on-site hardware, software, network and phone support, plus remote assistance and travel to other sites for project rollouts and preventive maintenance.

The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with ticketing and documentation, working with Operations and Maintenance teams in a fast-paced robotics-transforming environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and network devices.
• Strong basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experience with Windows enterprise environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, network and phone systems at MRS1 and surrounding sites.
• Provide remote technical support to other sites via phone or ticketing system.
• Travel to other sites for project rollouts and preventive maintenance.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners and equipment.
• Monitor network and server systems; identify, escalate and resolve incidents.
• Log, track and resolve support tickets within agreed response times.
• Document incidents, identify root causes, and follow through with corrective actions.
• Support process improvements and equipment rollouts across the regional network.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory and documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents outside business hours.
• Follow Amazon's safety, security and change management procedures.
