SISL Global in Paris is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support specialist to assist with desktop and endpoint administration and to deliver hands-on help for staff.

You will work on Windows desktops, Office 365, Exchange-aware accounts, and occasional Mac OS support while coordinating with the NOC and project teams. Strong communication in English and local languages is mandatory, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel) / O365.
• Excellent communication in English and local languages.

Responsabilités

• Provide run and maintain support for IT infrastructure projects/upgrades (workstations).
• Assist staff with PC remote control and video conferencing.
• Coordinate with NOC and perform basic patching and network testing.
