Job summary

EUC TECHS LTD is seeking an experienced Proximity Services / End User Support L2 Technician to provide onsite user support in Chartres-de-Bretagne, France. The role focuses on hands-on laptop hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows 10 and Windows 11, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

The position involves level 2 desktop support for end users, working onsite three hours daily (Mon-Fri) with start on 1 November, for an estimated 1–2 month contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support experience with hands-on laptop troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and end-user support.
• Experience in Level 2 desktop support or proximity services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 onsite end-user support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot laptop hardware and software problems.
• Support Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Identify and resolve IT issues affecting day-to-day operations.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
