Teceze in France is seeking an IT Support Technician (L1/L2) on a contract basis to back our on-site operations. The role focuses on end-user support, PC provisioning and deployment, and handling ITSM incidents and service requests.

The successful candidate will support Windows 10/11 environments, Microsoft Office 365 apps, and asset management, with a weekly secondary location in Mions. Start date is immediate and work hours are 9-17, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in L1/L2 IT support and end-user computing.
• Proficient with desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Experience with PC provisioning, imaging and deployment.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Familiar with ITSM incident and service request processes.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Ability to work independently within IT support procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage ITSM incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Provision, image, configure, and deploy PCs for new and existing users.
• Coordinate PC lease refresh and asset records.
• Support Windows 10/11 desktop environments.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding, including device prep.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams on escalations.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and support documentation.
