Bigblue is seeking an Onboarding Manager in Paris who will ensure new merchants launch smoothly and become long-term partners. You will manage a newly signed portfolio and drive satisfaction KPIs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a customer-facing role, is fluent in French and English, and enjoys helping others. This role offers a high impact in a fast-growing environment, with great benefits including health coverage and meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in B2B.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Genuine enjoyment in helping others and solving merchants' challenges.
