Bigblue is hiring an Account Manager in Paris (hybrid) to retain and grow key European D2C brands. You will build long-term partnerships, translate data into action, and drive improvements across service, cost, and performance.

You’ll collaborate with product and operations to enhance the customer experience and unlock value for merchants. Ideal candidates have ~2 years in customer-facing roles, are native French with professional English, and are eager to grow knowledge of the logistics market.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with stakeholder interactions.
• Native French; professional English proficiency.
• Strong data analysis and ability to present insights in business reviews.
• Proficient with Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor by connecting operational topics (service, cost, performance) to business impact.
• Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants.
• Support stakeholders in their day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services.
• Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights and market trends.
• Optimize internal processes and tools to improve the overall customer experience.
