Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in B2B Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management.
• Organised with exceptional time-management skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Genuine desire to help others and solve merchant challenges.
• Curious, proactive, and open to new ideas.

Responsabilités

• Coach and advise new merchants during onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Monitor first shipments and guarantee flawless execution.
• Collaborate with merchants to refine processes.
• Educate customers on Bigblue’s service.
