Bigblue in Paris is seeking a Senior Account Manager to retain and grow key European D2C brands. You will build relationships with merchant accounts, connect service, cost and performance to business impact, and define data-driven improvement plans with merchants.

You will identify new partnerships, support stakeholders, monitor trends, and drive product and process enhancements. This is a hybrid Paris-based role with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role with stakeholder interactions in logistics or fulfillment.
• Native French level and professional English proficiency.
• Willing to grow knowledge of the logistics market and use data in reviews.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and analytical mindset.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic merchant accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor by linking service, cost and performance to business impact.
• Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants.
• Support stakeholders in day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services.
• Monitor feedback and performance trends and translate into actions.
• Contribute to product and operations improvements from merchant insights.
• Optimize internal processes and tools to enhance customer experience.
