ATG Europe, for the European Space Agency in Toulouse, seeks an IT Support Technician to join the on-site IT Service Team. The role covers first and second line support for Windows and Apple devices, asset management, and knowledge base updates.

You will respond to user requests, assist with deployments of new workstations, printers, and mobile devices, and ensure timely resolutions. A security screening will be conducted by an external provider, and eligibility to work in the EU is required.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in Information Technology or similar subject.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology is a strong asset.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Windows OS and Mac OS based client devices.
• Experience with reporting on, configuring and troubleshooting networks, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience with first line networking (LAN, WiFi).
• Exposure to client applications (SAP, Adobe, MS Office, Encryption tools).
• Experience in O365 is a strong asset.
• Work experience in an international environment is an asset.
• Fluent English is essential; French is a strong asset.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
• Willing to work on-site 5 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Provide first and second line support for Windows and Apple devices.
• Evaluate, categorize, and log user requests with timely resolutions for new workstations and maintenance.
• Maintain, update, and integrate Knowledge Base, procedures, and instructions.
• Assist users in the use of corporate services and applications.
• Perform inventory/asset management and reporting.
• Communicate with end-users on on-site status, installations, relocations, and recoveries of equipment.
• Perform any other tasks necessary.
