Job summary

Talantir in Paris is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the on-site team. You will back up the IT support manager, troubleshoot Mac OSX with some Windows and Linux, manage AD, storage, backups and digital workspace tools like Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, and JAMF/Airwatch.

Video conferencing support and ticket backlog clearance are part of the role. The contract runs 6 to 12 months, with Monday to Friday business hours and no shift or weekend work.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in IT support.
• Working knowledge of Mac OSX and other OS.
• Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Mac OSX and Windows/Linux OS issues on user devices.
• Escalate and resolve IT issues within SLA; maintain ticket backlog.
• Document procedures and maintain inventory; assist with IT network configuration and project work.
• Provide video conferencing support.
