The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Spa Receptionist Supervisor to join a prestigious international team in the heart of Paris. The role focuses on delivering exceptional spa reception service, cashier controls, and seamless guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates will have hotel experience at a luxury property, strong language skills, and proficiency with Opera PMS and office software. This is a full-time position based in Paris.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a hotel school or BTS/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a hotel of the same category is required.
• Fluency in at least two foreign languages, including English.

Responsabilités

• Actively promote and sell spa services and build customer loyalty.
• Manage all cashier procedures at the spa reception and cash registers.
• Ensure spa visits for all customers, VIPs, and members.
• Record and update customer preferences while preserving confidentiality.
• Organize appointments to maximize time management and profitability.
• Keep reception areas clean, tidy and organized.
• Contribute to spa team objectives and motivate the team.
• Implement and update reception protocols and manuals.
• Provide training for new arrivals at the spa reception.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet customer needs.

The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Spa Receptionist Supervisor.

Key accountabilities:

• Actively promote and sell spa services by maintaining knowledge of treatments, products, and programs, while building customer loyalty.
• Be responsible for all cashier procedures at the spa reception desk and for the accuracy of cash registers at the end of each shift and each workday.
• Ensure spa visits for all customers, VIPs, and members.
• Systematically record and regularly update customer preferences, communicate important information to the team, while respecting customer confidentiality.
• Organize appointments to optimize time management and profitability, while prioritizing customer needs.
• Ensure that reception areas are clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Contribute to the achievement of the Spa team's objectives, strive to achieve personal goals set by the Spa Director, and motivate the team.
• Implement and enforce protocols by the reception team, while regularly updating manuals and work guides to ensure correct operating procedures.
• Provide training for new arrivals at the spa reception and follow up, in particular by regularly checking their knowledge.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that all customer needs are understood and met.

General Requirements:

• Be proficient in the use of office software, including Opera, Outlook, and Concept System.
• Have similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
• Have a diploma from a hotel school/BTS/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
