Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Spa concierge to join the Spa Department. The role involves booking spa treatments, explaining services to guests, handling POS activities and checking guests in and out professionally.

Based in Paris, the ideal candidate has at least two years in a luxury establishment, with fluent English. A third language is a plus, and a strong sense of service, discretion and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a luxury establishment.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and courtesy.
• Initiative, flexibility and discretion are essential.

Responsabilités

• Handle reception duties and care of guests according to Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Explain services and advise guests; promote spa products and services.
• Manage spa bookings and organize practitioners' schedules.
• Process invoicing and ensure spa reception is well maintained.
• Upsell products and services to guests while maintaining professionalism.
