The Peninsula Paris seeks a Maître d'Hôtel to supervise the Lobby Restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and leading the service team with a premium guest-focused approach.

Based in Paris, you will oversee setup and post-service tidying, promote sales, anticipate guest needs, and uphold impeccable standards in a prestigious five-star environment with fluent English and additional languages valued.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen to customers.
• Ability to adapt to a varied and demanding clientele.
• Master the use of office automation tools.
• Demonstrate rigor and organization in work.
• Fluency in English - third language preferred.
• Have similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
• Hotel school diploma / BTS / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• You will supervise the setting up of the service, the smooth running of the activity during the service and ensure that tidying up is carried out in the best possible way once the service has been completed.
• You will promote sales to the customer, with a constant focus on optimizing results.
• Within our restaurant, as Maître d'Hôtel, you will supervise and organize the work of the team under your responsibility.
• Be attentive to customer needs and able to anticipate their requirements and provide appropriate solutions to any problems encountered.
