The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead on the floor, ensuring flawless room preparation, cleanliness and guest comfort in a luxury five-star setting in Paris. You will coordinate valets and maids, monitor amenities and floral decor, and drive service standards across assigned floors.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a similar role, are fluent in French and English, and possess strong IT tool skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a similar field.
• Fluent in French and English; third language appreciated.
• Knowledge and practice of IT tools; autonomy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all assigned area's floor cleaning, replenishment, and amenities per guidelines.
• Ensure rooms are perfectly prepared for guests; complete floor checks on schedule.
• Renew floral decorations in rooms in collaboration with florists; assist maids and valets as needed.
• Ensure proper operation of technical facilities available to customers.
• Lead, motivate and develop floor team; coordinate activity of valets and maids to optimize results.
