United States Digital Space LLC in Paris is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant (Apprentice) to assist the Talent Acquisition Manager and the People team. You will support day-to-day recruitment for Central Functions (Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing) and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

The role offers a 1-2 year apprenticeship with hybrid work, paid vacation, lunch vouchers, and growth opportunities as you master ATS tools and professional English.

Qualifications

• Educational background ideally in Human Resources, Business, or Sales, and apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years.
• First internship or project experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Familiar with ATS tools (Lever/Greenhouse) and LinkedIn outreach.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment pipeline by managing interview schedules with candidates.
• Source, assess, and engage diverse talent via LinkedIn and outreach.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support employer branding across social media and local activations.
• Analyze recruitment metrics for early-career pipeline health.
