Decathlon Digital in Paris seeks a Learning and Development Project Manager Apprentice to design digital learning experiences and help deploy training paths worldwide.

You will storyboard content, administer LMS/LXP, monitor engagement data, and collaborate with engineers and experts to upskill our engineers.

Fluent English is essential; prior experience in training or PM is a plus, and you will join a team that values sports and innovation.

• First experience in training, PM, or content creation is a plus.

Our Center of Excellence for Engineering is looking for a Learning and Development Project Manager Apprentice (f/m/d) (Apprenticeship/Work-study) based in Paris

Join a dynamic and innovative team at the heart of Decathlon's technical expertise! Our ambition is to support the upskilling of our engineers worldwide by designing impactful digital and/or onsite learning experiences. Your role will be key: by facilitating knowledge sharing and innovation, you will directly contribute to developing our talents to meet tomorrow's challenges.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION Within the team, you will have a versatile role combining digital learning and project management:

• Digital Learning: You will participate in the creation and storyboarding of engaging e-learning content. You will help administer our learning platform (LMS/LXP), moderate the learner community, and analyze engagement data to continuously improve our formats.
• Global Project Management: You will support the team in gathering needs from business experts, participate in coordinating the deployment of training paths internationally, and assist in monitoring service providers and budgets.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or Project Management.
• You have a fluent level of English (written and spoken), which is mandatory to interact daily with our international teams.
• A first experience (internship, work-study, academic project) in training, project management, or content creation is a real plus.
• You are known for your curiosity (especially for engineering/tech topics), your analytical mindset, and your ability to work as part of a team.

TECH STACK

• A first approach or strong interest in LMS/LXP and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, etc.) is highly appreciated.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
