Decathlon Digital in Paris seeks a Learning and Development Project Manager Apprentice to design digital learning experiences and help deploy training paths worldwide.

You will storyboard content, administer LMS/LXP, monitor engagement data, and collaborate with engineers and experts to upskill our engineers.

Fluent English is essential; prior experience in training or PM is a plus, and you will join a team that values sports and innovation.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a Master's degree in HR, Instructional Design, or PM.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• First experience in training, PM, or content creation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to digital learning content creation and storyboard.
• Help administer LMS/LXP systems and moderate learner communities.
• Coordinate international deployment of training paths and monitor budgets.
