Decathlon Digital's Learning & Development Center of Excellence in Paris is seeking a Learning and Development Project Manager Apprentice (f/m/d). This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience designing digital and onsite learning experiences for engineers worldwide.

You will support the creation of engaging content, manage LMS/LXP platforms, and help coordinate international training paths while working with global teams and budgets.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or Project Management.
• Fluent level of English (written and spoken), mandatory for daily interaction with international teams.
• A first experience in training, project management, or content creation is a real plus.
• Curiosity for engineering/tech topics, analytical mindset, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Create and storyboard engaging e-learning content.
• Administer LMS/LXP, moderate learner community, and analyze engagement data.
• Support gathering needs, coordinate deployment of training paths internationally, monitor providers and budgets.
