Edenred is seeking a Global Learning & Development Intern to join our multicultural team in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will support the rollout of the 2026 L&D roadmap, help manage the LMS, and contribute to content development across topics.

This internship offers exposure to talent programs, cross‑functional projects, and a dynamic learning culture. You will work with English and French, interact with different levels of the organization, and gain hands-on experience in global HR initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree: Bac+5 in HR or master's in digital learning.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilités

• Support the roll-out of the ambitious 2026 L&D roadmap and coordinate ad-hoc projects.
• Assist in LMS management, user administration, reporting and analytics.
• Create and deploy learning content (videos, modules, guidelines).
• Support end-to-end talent and development programs including pre‑selection and communications.
• Participate in community engagement and foster a strong learning culture.
