HBS is hiring an HR Development Assistant Alternant in Paris to support Learning & Development, Talent Management and strategic HR initiatives. The role offers an apprenticeship contract with a flexible structure (school/work balance) and compensation aligned to French apprenticeship rules.

You will help coordinate training plans, assist with recruitment and onboarding of interns, and contribute to performance reviews and talent projects while gaining exposure to graduate programs and workforce

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Management or related field.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Prior HR or admin internship is a plus.

Responsabilités

Support coordination and administration of Learning & Development activities, including training plans and registrations.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of interns and apprentices, including interview coordination.
Contribute to performance reviews and talent management through data preparation and reporting.
Support Graduate Programme administration, including participant tracking and events.
Assist HR development projects like workforce planning and competency frameworks.
Prepare HR reports, presentations and analyses across HR development activities.
