YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the CMO, you will own the new Kreators by Kolsquare business line marketing strategy, executing high-impact initiatives that drive awareness, credibility, and user acquisition for creators. You will work closely with the Kolsquare central marketing team (growth, digital, brand, field, product marketing) and the product team to define acquisition strategy, create the right marketing materials, and ensure this new business line turns Kreatorsby Kolsquare into a clear value proposition and successful business.

Your role will require a mix of strategy, hands‑on execution, and cross‑functional collaboration, working with communication, brand, content and digital marketing to position Kreators by Kolsquare as the solution that professional content creators need.

Your Key responsibilities :

  • Lead marketing for Kolsquare’s first B2C product line from strategy to execution
  • Build the brand and its core messaging and positioning so that it becomes the go‑to app for creators
  • Build the user acquisition strategy across all markets that Kolsquare operates in (France, Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, Benelux, Nordics) for this new B2C environment
  • Build, plan and execute on the marketing plan with a PLG led model approach (landing pages, app store optimization, paid social, creator partnerships, email, referral…)
  • Partner with the marketing central team (Brand, Communication, Content, Growth) and in‑country field marketing team members to deliver on business results
  • Collaborate with the product team, deliver market insights to support product innovation
  • Define and implement lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, SEO/GEO and paid social
  • Define and implement KPI’s to measure impact and optimize for lead conversion rates by channel
  • Own Kreators by Kolsquare website (structure, UX, SEO, conversion) and build it to be the backbone of the user acquisition strategy
  • Analyzing the performance of marketing operations, identify key insights, recommend and implement actionable improvements
  • Build relevant content for SEO, GEO applicable for this target audience
  • Report on plan, performance, progress to business line leader and CMO
  • Engage with influencer communities & ambassadors to create advocacy and strengthen Kreators by Kolsquare’s reputation
YOUR PROFIL

Must-haves 🫵

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing generalist in a B2C environment ideally in Influencer Marketing or SaaS Martech.
  • A deep understanding influencer marketing & media landscape
  • Fluent level of English
  • Strategic thinker and hands‑on executor, ready to own and scale Kreators by Kolsquare’s presence in Europe
  • Commercially driven and know how to generate demand in B2C with a PLG approach
  • Experience in creating appealing marketing materials (blogs, videos, ads email sequences…)
  • Demonstrated experience in B2C demand generation activities
  • Based in an EU country
