Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance across the organization. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops and peripherals, diagnose issues in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365, and troubleshoot connectivity problems.

Regular onsite support within Beauvais area is required, with occasional VIP support following SOPs. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in IT support, strong diagnostic skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

3–4 years IT support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Fluent in French and English.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and business-critical apps.
Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
Manage deployment and decommissioning of IT hardware.
Provide timely, clear user support.
Document support activities and asset movements in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams (network, systems, server).
Follow IT policies, security standards, and compliance guidelines.
Occasionally travel 3–4 times per month within 20–30 km for onsite support.
Offer secondary VIP support in line with SOPs and training.
