Job summary

Infosys Limited BPM seeks motivated IT Support Specialists to join our on-site team at the client site in Ennery. This hands-on role provides high-quality technical support, ensures smooth IT operations, and acts as the interface between users and advanced support teams.

Work is full-time, on site in Ennery & Beauvais with the Paris HQ in view. You will install and maintain hardware, diagnose software issues across Windows and macOS, troubleshoot network connectivity, and support IT asset

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software components.
• Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment (e.g., PCs, monitors).
• Local language and fluent English.
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve software issues across Microsoft Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and other business‑critical applications
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WLAN, VPN) and support basic configuration of network devices
• Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment
• Support deployment and decommissioning of IT assets
• Provide timely, clear, and effective technical assistance to end users
