74Software, affiliated with Axway and SBS, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our France-based team. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, supporting Windows, MacOS, Intune, Jamf, and M365, while maintaining stock and documentation.

In a dynamic, hybrid environment, you will support employees across Europe with strong English and French communication, and contribute to IT projects with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a helpdesk or technical support role in a multi-site international company.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Intune, Jamf/Jamf-Connect, M365 Admin, Defender, VPN, EntraID, and AD on premise.
• Nice to have Linux basics and firewall/VPN experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in French and English.
• ITIL or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level helpdesk support via tickets, email, chat, and in-person requests.
• Document, track, and maintain issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist in setup, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues including network problems (remote and on-site).
• Setup and configure new employees’ accounts, workstations, and accessories.
• Provide training and end-user support on IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and assist with onsite hardware as needed.
• Maintain high level of customer service for end users.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge and documentation of procedures.
• Maintain IT stock and perform annual stock counts.
• Participate in IT projects and take initiative when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
