Job summary

SBS in France is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance for Windows, macOS, and cloud services. You will be the local IT contact for employees across offices, handling tickets, setup, and training.

This role requires 3–5 years in a multi-site environment, fluency in French and English, and the ability to work on-site at least three days per week with hybrid options. Join a global team delivering secure, mission-critical software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of helpdesk or technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and cloud services (M365) including security suites.
• Fluent in French and English for internal and external communication.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Experience with ticketing systems and internal documentation.
• ITIL or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support via tickets, email, chat, and in-person requests.
• Document, track, and maintain issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist in setup and configuration of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems remotely and on-site when needed.
• Assist with new employee account setup and workstation provisioning.
• Provide user training on IT systems and applications.
