Job summary

Voodoo in Paris is seeking an IT Technician (Level 1/2) to support employee devices, software, and services. You will prepare computers for new joiners, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain inventory, and ensure meeting rooms and VC systems work smoothly.

You will apply modern IT management practices (Cloud, SaaS, Google Workspace) and contribute to IT projects. Fluency in English and French, customer service mindset, and an ability to automate recurring issues are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar IT support role
• Strong customer service and communication skills in English and French
• Familiarity with cloud-based IT management (Google Workspace, SaaS) and asset management
• Ability to identify recurring issues and automate improvements
