Job summary

Malt in Paris is seeking an IT Support intern to assist our manager in daily tasks, bridging technical IT support and employee experience. You will gain autonomy while supporting a high-growth European scale-up.

You will handle Level 1 and 2 support across Europe, learn onboarding/offboarding automation, manage Macs hardware, and contribute to internal knowledge bases and productivity tools. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or IT required.
• Fluent English; able to communicate with international teams.
• Enthusiasm for learning full IT spectrum: infra to automation.

Responsibilities

• Support IT across Europe (L1 & L2) and assist the manager daily.
• Help automate onboarding/offboarding and streamline admin tasks.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Macs (M5) and devices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and productivity tools.
