Job summary

Meteoria invites a curious engineering or computer science student to join our tech team for a 6-month IT internship in Paris. You will act as the bridge between tech and the rest of the company, helping everyone use tools effectively and handling onboarding and offboarding, with focus on security and smooth operations.

You do not need to be a developer; autonomy, comfort with technology, and a passion for helping others are key. A prior project (personal, nonprofit, or startup) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently studying engineering or computer science at a school, not necessarily aiming to be a developer.
• Autonomous and capable of handling multiple topics at once.
• Has already built a project (nonprofit, personal, startup).
• Enjoys helping others, including volunteering or humanitarian work.
• Can explain technical topics in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Set up new joiners on IT side (accounts, access, laptop) and close access when they leave.
• Train the team on our tools and on good security habits (passwords, 2FA, phishing).
• Handle day-to-day support requests.
• Report field issues to the tech team.
• Keep hardware and tools inventory up to date.

A 6-month internship with the tech team. You are the link between the tech team and the rest of the company: you help everyone use their tools well, you handle IT onboarding and offboarding, and you report issues from the field.

No need to be a developer. We are looking for someone autonomous, comfortable with technology, who enjoys helping others.

• You are autonomous and can run several topics at once
• You have already built a project: nonprofit, personal project, startup
• You enjoy helping others, for example through volunteering, humanitarian work, or in a hospital
• You can explain a technical topic in simple terms
