Electra in Paris is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to keep day-to-day IT running in a Mac environment, support users across Europe, and automate repetitive tasks to scale with growth. You will manage onboarding, access, and fleet administration using Apple MDM/Business Manager, and operate core tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.

The role requires 3+ years in-house IT experience, strong Mac administration, network know-how, scripting in Bash/Python, and fluency in French with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house IT role with user support and fleet management.
• Hands-on Mac fleet administration in a corporate environment (MDM & Business Manager).
• Office networking experience: deployment, VLANs, troubleshooting.
• Scripting in Bash or Python; familiarity with AI tools in IT work.
• Fluent in French and professional English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Keep IT running day to day across multiple countries in a Mac environment.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, device prep, and Mac fleet management via MDM/Business Manager.
• Administer core tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other SaaS.
• Operate multi-site network and assist IT in new office deployments.
• Automate recurring IT tasks and document procedures.
