Sweep is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer (freelance) to onboard quickly and work autonomously from day one, reinforcing IT operations for a defined period. The role focuses on hands-on delivery, handling day-to-day support and device logistics with a tight SLA framework, starting in Paris on-site and possibly traveling to Montpellier and London.

Qualifications

• Senior, fully autonomous IT support professional available from day one.
• Deep hands-on macOS expertise and MDM experience (Jamf, Kandji or Mosyle).
• Strong track record in device lifecycle and high-volume helpdesk operations.

Responsabilités

• Own and clear the IT helpdesk backlog for internal users on macOS.
• Manage full device fleet logistics: imaging, shipping, repair, reallocation.
• Run onboarding/offboarding for joiners and leavers, including peak periods.
• Maintain accurate device inventory and stock; coordinate repairs and RMAs.
• Perform endpoint enrolment and management via MDM; document runbooks.
