Maki is seeking a Workplace Engineering Intern to design, automate, and run internal systems from provisioning to access management. You will help automate IT operations to scale and contribute to workplace processes, including onboarding and offboarding workflows.

You will work on deploying the macOS fleet via MDM, ensuring security baselines and patch compliance, while handling cross-domain support requests and turning recurring issues into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Finishing studies in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of operating systems and networking.
• Comfortable working in English (French is a plus).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar identity management tools.

Responsabilités

• Build automation to reduce manual IT operations and scale provisioning, access, and reporting.
• Define and maintain workplace processes including onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Deploy macOS fleet via MDM: enrollment, role-based app sets, security baseline, patch compliance, and access management.
• Handle hardware, software, and network support requests and resolve recurring issues.
