Jobtailor in Paris is seeking an IT support specialist to provide on-site user support across Windows, macOS and Linux, and to actively diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.

You will manage devices, access rights, and software licenses, contribute to onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate with external IT providers while maintaining a detailed IT knowledge base. Fluent French and English are required in an international context; you will work autonomously in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Education: IT-oriented studies such as BTS, Bachelor, or Licence.
• Experience in IT support is a plus (internships, apprenticeships, or projects).
• Willingness to learn in a demanding environment; strong curiosity.
• Comfort with Windows, macOS and ideally Linux.
• Good interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Proficiency in French and English in an international context.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site user support for Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Handle IT tickets and escalate when necessary.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Equipment and access management; manage devices and software licenses.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding and relocations.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers as needed.
• Contribute to the IT knowledge base with procedures and best practices.
