Mirakl is seeking an IT Administrator to join its Paris-based Corporate IT team. You will support global IT projects, manage device fleets, and oversee SaaS and Meraki network administration.

You will configure onboarding/offboarding, handle internal tickets, and enable 400+ users across multiple sites with secure, scalable IT tooling. The role offers a hybrid setup with one remote day per week and opportunities to grow within a global leader in marketplace technology.

Qualifications

• First significant IT administration experience with SaaS management and MacOS fleet MDM.
• Scripting skills on Windows PowerShell and/or macOS.
• Experience in a multi-site, multi-OS IT environment is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the IT Director on global projects, including network upgrades, SSO, and tool migrations.
• Administer the device fleet, ensure security compliance, and manage IT stock.
• Manage enterprise SaaS solutions and Meraki network infrastructure.
• Prepare onboarding/offboarding packages and handle internal support tickets.
• Provide IT support to 400+ internal users across multiple sites and assist incident resolution.
